complete your community service hours can cost you a lot of money and time away from work. As

person away from their ability to be a productive member of society, that is exactly what it does.

Consider the average person that has to perform community service. First they have to locate a non
profit that is willing to sign off on their service. Then they need to schedule enough hours to work
at that non profit in order to meet their sentence. After that they need to schedule all of these hours
around their time at a paying job. So now they have to spend unpaid hours at a non profit organization
location, leave an hour early and get home an hour after completion, to account for LA traffic, pay
for the gas to and from, and pay for child care. All of this adds up to a lot of money that most people
